@NatureLover thanks my life has improved from where it was years ago. Perth has been overall positive for me. I'm just really depressed at the moment. They took me off most of my meds just over a month due to a change in diagnosis. It's probably not helping thing at the moment. When I see myself psychiatrist tomorrow I'll ask if there is anything that would help.

Today is a little better. I managed to get out for a walk with a support worker this morning. I'm so tired now though. Life feels so hard being this down.
