yeah it changed a lot even when I was there ok if you include when I was there in 2009

there was the 'earthquake' the Eagle pub got knocked down. they spent a fortune on prettying up old empty shops as well.  coles moved  to near Tafe. still a ton of empty shops. Was getting really busy w fifos couple years ago when I was there last. like 6 or more new mines and processing plants last few years . Smelter finally closed last year think. theres a big workers camp getting built in Boulder . also theres a flash Olympic pool on rd to Airport ok near oconnor st theres an IGA that may not have been there then. most shops in Burt st closed years ago, that dodgey supermarket opposite town hall finally closed , think covid finished a few off. even bottlos were closing lol @ENKELI
