@Meowmy  cat turned up 7am  I went back to bed.

got to find clean clothes for drs appt. should have looked yesterday, wasnt up to it.

leg worse today, seems good day then bad day. well done re work esp since yesterday.

one foot in front of the other here today. just tired . dont want to do anything.
