earl grey is my regular go-to but I also love different kinds of herbal tea, I often have jilungin tea at night to help me sleep. most sleep aid stuff doesn’t tend to respond very well with me and my insomnia but it’s the best sleep tea I’ve ever had
I use a strainer to make my own herbal teas at home depending on how I’m feeling each night I might add other different things like rosebuds, sage, gumbi gumbi, etc
loooove a good lemongrass and ginger too always
more than half of my kitchen is tea stuff 😅
