Evening
I hope everyone has been doing OK
I have not really been coping last couple of months mentally and physically has been draining and trying to get on top of things only getting couple of hours sleep and mess not working
Have found a new psychologist at last who is very cluey on disabilities and specialises in women's health and talks at special Doctors convention
She believes I have a wrong diagnosis and the meds I'm on is causing a lot of my health issues which I told her that everytime I see my psychiatrist I ask him if he can review them as I've been on the same o for over 20yrs and when he changed my diagnoses 30yrs sgo I didn't think it was correct
As I'm in my 60s now I'm taking over 10 different meds a day now and it's now affected my sleeping, and athe health issues now and just get so tired and hardly eating anything as everything taste to salty and metallic a lot.
So she is sending me to some specialist that specialise in women's health to get a proper diagnoses and proper health causes as there in the holistic fields now with more up to date medicines and herbs and cbd things so hopefully before the end of the year I'll could start to see some good results
