That's what I was thinking ay @Captain24  I worked for a company that had a contract with Rio Tinto in Karratha,I like the joint

check the comps in the area @Bill16 and make sure you get a building and pest inspection, but other than that if it is not over priced, sounds good, with the interest rates going up it may drop in value for the next few years but will come up again, as i was told one buy land god isn't making any more of it.
