hey @Bill16 yum i love a good baramundi they sell it fresh at my fish and chips shop. 

how has your week been mate? how did the house inspection go?

I've sorta been looking at a unit in the centre of Karratha mate,it's 230 grand,but it is leased out at 475pw,I reckon it would be a good investment,what are your thoughts mate? @Jacques

wow, that sounds really good @Bill16 are you looking to invest or buy to live in? either way it sounds good, i don't know whatp rices are like there, but you could not buy anything on the east coast for 230k, you would be lucky to find anything for 500k lol
