@TAB I have and am learning do the sums, being permanent is not all what is crapped on about Casual employment pays so much more in the long run, someone is ripping us off, it’s about much and many things if you know an accountant, and don’t have a mortgage or a debit it’s not worth being permanent do the long sums, smart people apparently stay partime and in particular stay casual,

Exactly what Clawde is saying, the boss has its hand on the till, who else are they playing you against, rise above the bs, Australia does not have the work force, so why do 20 hours a month, if your available for more shame on them !

So, what is the pay ratio, have you done your maths, are you working for the bs paid holidays, long service leave, the feeling most of all to not have to beg for hours ? Ie phone in for shifts ?

@TAB Sorry love, don’t trust any of it, have been up the tree of life, at the end of the day, humans are your biggest cost in a business, like if your cost goes over 33 percent of your total turn over you are gone when it hits 39 percent, so managers at the end of the day, have to keep control of the third biggest cost in a business and the rule apply sacrosanct the board, does not matter what industry , this is why ,,,,,,, many other reasons but I will stop now,👍
