Hey guys @TAB @Bill16 @Meowmy @Adge @Bunniekins  I hope the storms over the next week wont be too bad here. The roof leaks a bit whenever the rain is super hard and I noticed that the very top tile on the roof capping had come off yesterday. Don't have a long ladder anymore so can't get up there to liquid nails it down. Really wish I could win the lotto so I could fix and renovate this old house.

place I rent is like 100 years old and roof prob a fair few of those lol, ceilings about to cave in from all water leaked through roof lol
