Hi. Sorry I haven't been online.
Dr discharged me out of hospital on Tuesday after trying to hurt myself again and said hospital wasn't helping and stuff. So I left and went to hurt myself properly but ended up in emergency.
Tonight I booked a nice hotel after seeing social work and stuff. I needed a decent sleep and shower. I promised myself I wouldn't hurt myself tonight and just rest. But it's hard. Who knows what today will bring.
