@Former-Member don't worry about it. I'm happy to be here supporting you. I chose to be with you and I hate showers so I was avoiding it. But it's done. My day is ready to go and I'm hoping your day improves even a tiny tiny bit.
I like @Ru-bee suggestion of online board games. They can be lots of fun and you don't have to leave your bed if that is too much. Board game arena has thousands of games and it completely free, you just need a web browser. I just learnt catan two days ago. I'm tempted to practice so I can beat my support worker next time they bring it over. Lol.

Hmmmmm. I'm not sure. Do you ever do games on your phone. I'm addicted to Sudoku and other puzzle games. @Former-Member i know its not the same as actually physically doing something. But i lose hours doing it. And though it's not actually helping, it passes time and that in way is actually helping coz you look back and like hey i got through an hour.

How about just sipping on some water, or nibbling on something small @Former-Member?
@The-red-centaur Good idea practicing online to beat your support worker haha, I can never beat my partner anymore since he started doing that. I'm also not super strong at strategy games, my favourite kind of boardgames are probably more trivia based ones like Trivial Pursuit, or something like Taboo. I also love Backgammon.
What boardgames are your faves @Former-Member @The-red-centaur?

@The-red-centaur i hope it does cos right now I'm really struggling. Even more so after having to deal with this and another phone call I just had.

@Ru-bee i try to have sips of water but I'm not able to keep alot down right now.
I used to play board games alot like monopoly, mousetrap, trouble, cluedo, uno, yahtzee. I've tried online versions of some of them but I just need physical interaction not just staring at a screen.

@The-red-centaur i do play games on my phone and i also have a colouring app that I do pictures on. Yes it passes time and it's usually one of the things I do to try and distract myself.

Sounds like you're doing what you can right now @Former-Member
Oh I love Monopoly and Cluedo. Once I won Cluedo on my first guess, it was a total fluke and the game was over in 2 minutes. It happened 12 years ago and I'll never forget it haha.
I haven't played either of those in a while though, it can be hard to get enough people together to play for sure

@Ru-bee why does everything just go from bad to worse. When I'm already struggling then something else goes wrong and it's always enough to tip me over the edge. I'm out, it's too much for me.

Hey @Former-Member I'm just going to shoot you through an email.
I get that feeling, when we're already having a hard time a tiny thing can be the straw that beaks the camel's back so to speak
