Re: Really wobbly

@Meowmy @frog @utopia @greenpea @Maggie

Meowmy - as others have said - you are never alone with the Sane Forum Family - you have a home here and a safe place to fall - and walking along feeling wobbly is unpleasant - esp if the wind is blowing and turns cold - and if you have to walk into the wind to get home - oh yes - wobbly feelings are definitely the norm

I am really glad you tagged me to this thread - I am feeling a bit wobbly this morning - I was a bit restless during the night and kept waking up but went back to sleep again without trouble - I have the pain specialist on my mind but my GP is on my side so I know I will be okay - I have had this GP for over 4 years now since my GP of 35 years retired - and so he knows me really well and I see him twice a week

But wobbly - I understand - very unpleasant - and I am glad you got home and sent us a message - that you posted yesterday - but although we might not read the message for an hour or late in the day or even the next day we are still here and I find imagining sending a message when things are tough really helpful

So this is where we come with the wobblies - I am so glad to know this

There's so many different reasons for feeling wobblyThere's so many different reasons for feeling wobblyOkay - guys - clipart is fantastic and we can learn so much - feeling wobbly and having the wobblies means something totally different - The Wobblies are different groups of people - artists - comics characters - cartoons.

But feeling wobbly - take a look - it covers so many different aspects of uncertain life -  I am so glad I found thisSmiley Happy

Re: Really wobbly

@Owlunar hope your back pain eases. Feeling wobbly is not nice. A feeling of not in control, could fall into holes. But the forum helps so much. Hope you feel better soon. Thanks care. So good.

Re: Really wobbly

I am sure the back pain will ease as the day goes along - @Meowmy

I haven't fallen into any holes recently - or if I did I got out of them quickly

A few weeks ago I was having a bad day - I could not seem to get out of my own way but I realised it was an anniversary - we all have anniversaries - I try to ignore them but found it doesn't really work if they are important - it's like they have a mind of their own and sneak up on me - it's better to own them and treat myself until I feel better

I am so glad you found this forum - I am really glad I did - it's a good place to be
