You want to get it out, want to have that release, but at the same time you want to keep that box locked up.

It can be so hard hon. I wish it was easier for you.

Maybe you didn't talk about everything you wanted, but you showed so much courage in releasing some of it.

Thank you @rav3n  I am ok just finishing the junk cupboard clean up. It’s taken most of the week and been very confronting facing the memories that were stored in there.

ooft that sounds both physically and emotionally exhausting @Eve7 glad it's almost done now! how's your weekend plans looking? 

today i have an appt, then my sister's picking up my car (i got ceramic coating done for it) and bringing it home - bit nervous to see it, i'm hoping the car place has done a good job. might go to bed a bit earlier today, need to catch up on some sleep!

It’s been very emotionally draining as I had all h’s medical records stored in there @rav3n and today I found my brother in law’s su…cide note. Just taking a break now as it’s become too hard.

I have a 50th birthday to attend tomorrow so something to look forward to. An early night here also.
