I really don't want to go back on meds today when I see my case manager this afternoon.
(Just incase you didn't know I had to cease meds on Sunday when I attempted my life)
The voices are saying it's bad and I actually feel good (though some would say manic, i don't care Ive only slept 5 hours Monday night and nothing since. I don't care I'm broke, I don't care my feet are covered in blisters. I'm actually making plans for my future, I feel motivated, both of which haven't been around for many months.

I can't get the thought out of my head around my dr being controlled by aliens and is trying to hurt me. She's poisoning me with my medication so I die a slow painful death. I don't trust anyone
