I am not being stupid,  I REALLY KNOW HOW YOU FEEL . I have had ptsd since 1990, and nothing i do has done any good. My heart gave up in 2017, made every thing worse by 1000%.  I had to move into aged care  I have been threatened with my security  of tenure being at risk. Being totolthat I was paranoid, not Hypervigilant. Visits fromfafrom  geriatriciangand two visits from agedacare Phychiatric dedepartme . iIwill restrandre return.
