I have that image in my hhead now and am really pleased you have chosen what you have @Faith-and-Hope - if you can't have a real one then a scultpure is second best 😺

I intend to recycle something meaningful into it too @Zoe7.  I am finding ways to honour the life I thought I would be leading, and have lost.  

My first sculpture this year was a testament to where my Dad lives, on the other side of the country, in the country, and time I have spent there with my kids.

I think the way you are approaching these works is great @Faith-and-Hope - putting in so much of what you have lost is both sad and uplifting knowing you can still have some of those things around you. It is super tough also with those feelings of loss but you are doing something positive with all that and that is pretty awesome
