Hey @Shaz51 ,

Sometimes, it's not about taking steps forward or backwards, but simply sitting with what is happening. 

When things are out of control, we try to regain that control, but it often comes out worse. 

Sitting with not knowing is a skill to be practised. I know, from experience, it isn't easy. It is the act of sitting in a 'not-knowing' yet 'curious' space that helps clarify things.

I'm happy to sit with you in this space @Shaz51 .
