Hi @Lerch we're so sorry to hear that you're feeling restricted on the forums. Because we want the forums to be a safe space for as many people as possible, that does mean that we need to work within some guidelines. I do understand that feeling unable to talk about certain aspects of your own trauma can be very upsetting.
