Re: Good Morning!

Yes @Appleblossom

I'm not complaining in the past but revelling in today.

@TAB @Dreamy @avant-garde @Glisten @tyme @Jynx

The app. Finch .com is helpful but today, I realised my boundry thing was probably kickstarted by @Glisten in that she wrote about me needing boundaries around my ex husband who was practically suffocating / strangling me with his personality. Not his fault but who do I put first ? Me or him ? Do I run away from Mr Rocker the very flawed silly billy and let my ex husband suffocate me ?

How do I do it because I had to own I was boundryless

And what does that mean ? It took a long time. @ENKELI I think was talking about how she FELT people.

That's a tick over here

I met a very very old friend - many years ago we were all part of a very ( big word here )

Narcassistic church group of people.

But I ended up having lunch with him. He is today an extremely busy psychotherapist who flies around the world helping businesses with trauma therapy .......

We had lunch and guess what ? He was acting BOUNDRYLESS. He picked up my feelings. !!

His empathy and straight talk ( me) cleared up years of my youth and corrected it.

But he was boundryless. And it's taken a few months, I forgave myself he said hell'e see my youngest son for trauma therapy for free. My son is not ready - that's a new story.

He is boundryless. I can survive.

Re: Good Morning!

the cake was a honey cake. I was really hoping to eat it extremely slowly but I think that cafe cut it so your left wanting 2 more cakes.

Rude.

@Glisten @TAB @Dreamy @avant-garde @tyme

Its on RockBy Road. Lets set it allight but grab all those honey cakes first and there's a lot of them ..

Re: Good Morning!

@PeppyPatti glad you enjoyed the honey cake.

I myself avoid honey after a very bad experience with it.

Re: Good Morning!

@PeppyPatti  a Chocby Rd Honeycake raid. In my head I’m seeing it as a Shorsey hockey lineup announcement.

@PeppyPatti : Glisten - matches 🔥?

Glisten: and a Molotov cocktail

@PeppyPatti : Good cause you’re going!

@TAB @Dreamy @avant-garde @tyme : YEAH-WHO

Then I realised none of you watch Shorsey. Face-palm

Re: Good Morning!

@Glisten

I have no idea what you're talking about but I got a metal wine bucket today on clearance so I can burn things... it was @TABby's idea...

Re: Good Morning!

Of course it was @TAB idea

Nighty night my wonderful friends .

Re: Good Morning!

@avant-garde  Good! Cause you’re going. Yeah-Who

Sorry I’ll stop now.
@avant-garde what will you burn first?

Re: Good Morning!

@Glisten

Not sure, normally it's if some reminder of my past comes up while sorting through my storage unit and I get angry and think burning it is a good idea and will assist in my recovery. It's a fire I can control if you know what I mean
