Rang NDIS again about my sons plan that finished on 13th April and found out that my last call to them 2 weeks ago they were putting a priority for it through, well apparently the person did the wrong form, it was for a plan that was due to expire, not the form thats for a plan that gas already ended, I couldn't believe it when she told me, I swear I'm jinxed,  everything i do just keeps going wrong and my MH is just getting worse, I just don't know how much more I can take.

Now that you know what the issue is I hope they get it sorted properly for you @saturnzoon Keep onto them if you need to so they can get it done properly.

@saturnzoon  the ndis are just so snowed under and the staff are stretched to the limit ..... therefore mistakes are being made all over the place. Do you have someone who can help you with all of this. It is a huge burden to have to understake all by yourself.

Hi @saturnzoon  sorry to hear they are stuffing you around so badly.  And causing much extra stress on top of all your other worries.  You can put in a complaint and then your matter should be escalated to a more senior person there.  Or you can do a request for a review that might speed things up.  If you have an internal review and are not happy with the result you can go to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal for an external review.  The AAT can over rule NDIS decisions, but you have to have done the internal review first.  If you need to do this you can get an advocate from Disability Advocates.  You can google AAT and DA for more information if you want to take this path.  I'd be totally fed up with them if I were you too.

Sorry to hear about that mistake @saturnzoon, hopefully, the NDIS staff can get it fixed soon. Was there any update from them in the afternoon?
