@AuntGlow   Hello lovely how are you? I was discharged yesterday from APARC in the midst of a brutal taper from an anti depressant. I’m worried and it’s hard being home like this. I’m hoping I can use the forums as a way to have support and survive this taper.

@AuntGlow  How are you my friend? What’s been happening? 

Unfortunately the only supports I have are calling mental health triage. PARC failed badly on discharge support despite me letting them know my needs. They had nothing to offer out in the community. 😞 I’m terrified now on doing this on my own. I’m seeing a social worker today who I’m praying has something they can offer other than just a text to see how I am.

@Shaz51 ha ha I love how you say "wow only 2 so far"! I know that feeling well, I'm on to my 4th for the day but they aren't real coffees, they are the Nescafe pretend ones. Not sure if that's better or worse for me!
