@Cuddlebear i do enjoy Caspers company and being able to chat here. Today has very much been a day of trying to rest after a rough night. Thinking about seeing if I can have a cuppa soon.
Well done for doing some packing and even throwing some things out. I bet you can't wait until it's over, moving is so stressful. Yes it's good that you can take time with unpacking, just being able to do things at your own pace.

I love these affirmations @Cuddlebear! Thank you for sharing.
How is the move coming along? ๐
Hello, @Oaktree @Glisten, would love to know how you're both travelling as well. โบ๏ธ

@AuntGlow Iโm travelling differently. Iโm the passenger while my Unconscious/Subconscious mind does the driving ๐
Itโs smarter than the rest of me. It takes less energy. I donโt get as tired.

Ah, I like this analogy. @Glisten
What makes it feel smarter than the rest of you? I am curious! โบ๏ธ

@AuntGlow every poor decision I have made is because I went against my instincts.
So I have vacated the Driverโs seat for that part of my brain that runs on instinct, pattern memory, and lived experience. Not dragging every action through the mud of conscious processing.
Itโs like shifting from pedalling a bike uphill to coasting downhill โ same destination, almost no strain.
When my attention is centered on my own priorities, the driverโs lane is clear. Itโs pulling from my instincts, goals, and pattern memory โ all aligned.

@Glisten my darling Tomaatti, your command of the English language is one of the many reasons I adore you. And the fact we share a brain.
Olet niin fiksu!
(you are so clever)

That's so interesting, thank you for sharing @Glisten. Would you say there is an element of intuition involved?
I like the notion of focusing on you. That's something I am trying to work towards at the moment as well. What helps you to maintain your focus? ๐

@AuntGlow you know when you have a LOT on your plate/mind/commitments, little things that need to be done.
Today after the 07:30 - 08:30 Menโs Shed can collection,
0900 grocery shopping
09:30 Bunnings
010 Laundromat - Winter quilt wash & dry
Which route should I take to go home?
I had a feeling to go the longer way. Longer in time, not distance.
No apparent reason for this preference at the time. It just felt right.
2/3rds of the way home, realised that I needed fuel โฝ๏ธ and the longer way takes me past the most economical petrol station near my town. TADA ๐
Honestly itโs so much easier to let the unconscious mind/ instinct part of your brain ๐ง be the decision maker.
