Trying to get off sleep meds and prn. What is worse, alcohol?

D’s dad still lives here and makes everything so hard

Staying warm @Shaz51 - heater on and jumper over my jammies 

@Maggie Certainly has been a long few weeks - thought I mhad avoided getting sick this year but with sick kids around me I suppose it was inevitable

Just a cold @Former-Member but my immune system has been low since I had the flu 3 years ago. That was the beginning of the depression hitting so hard again too so not a good time for me.

It would be scary having D's father there too - you do not need someone judgemental in your life Hon - you have enough to deal with

I loved working with the kids. But, oh my gosh. Every bug that was there, I got it.
