Evening my angel @outlander 

Not doing very well at all. Ended up in Emergency yesterday afternoon post sh from a welfare check.. Not very proud of myself. I am home now, working on the assignment. How are you doing?

I'm OK as I can be @outlander. Physically a bit under par, mentally not great at all. I will have to have some conversations with a few people this week.

Lots of assignment still to do before midnight Monday. Much of me wants to chick the whole lot in - I'm sure @Faith-andHope can relate to this feeling. But I want to push on. I struggle to finish things in my life, and my coordinator has been very generous with me.

I would love you to come and sit with me. It's very cold and blustery here tonight. I have the heated throw on, and Mr A is
sound asleep.
